How It Works

We install high-quality vinyl sign posts so your sign and listing will stand out!
1. Mark the Spot
You place a white flag or use white paint to indicate where you would like the sign to be placed. We can do this for you if needed.
2. Take a Photo
A photo of the sign location using a white flag or white paint is required for NEXTSTEP to make the request. The color MUST be white and we can help with this if needed. Thank you!
3. Place Order
Place your order online (CLICK HERE TO ORDER) and Don't forget to attach the picture so your order is complete.
4. How Fast Will It Be Placed?
Since we always call 811 for an underground utility locate, signs will be placed 3 business days* after the order is placed. Utility companies have 2 business days after the day the request is made, with the sign being installed on the 3rd business day. Please make requests by 5pm Monday through Friday to ensure NEXTSTEP SIGN can make the utility request the same day.
5. Once Sign Is Up!
You will be notified when the sign is up. If the sign is damaged or needs repair while your listing is active, just let us know via the online form.
6. Time to remove Sign
Request a Sign Removal via the online order form. Removal of your sign Is Included in the price of the original order.
7. Realtor Sign Storage and Inventory Management
We store your signs, riders and flyer boxes at our facility at no additional cost. We also store commercial real estate signs, posts and skids.
